RBXverified is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or partners.

"Roblox", the Roblox logo, "Robux" and all related names, marks, emblems and images are registered trademarks of Roblox Corporation. All product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Our Service operates independently and any reference to Roblox or its services is purely for descriptive purposes to identify the platform our services relate to. Use of these trademarks does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by Roblox Corporation.

RBXverified provides consultation and assistance services related to Roblox account verification. We do not directly control, manage or have any official authority over Roblox Corporation's verification badge program.

The "Verified Preview" feature (also known as "larp") on our website is provided solely for entertainment and demonstration purposes. It displays a visual mockup of how a Roblox profile might appear with a verified badge and does not represent actual verification status on the Roblox platform.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE OUTCOME OF OUR SERVICES.

Verification badge approval is solely at the discretion of Roblox Corporation. We cannot guarantee that any account will receive a verified badge, regardless of eligibility or payment. Past performance or success stories do not guarantee future results.

You acknowledge and agree that you are 100% responsible for any decisions made based on our consultation services. Results may vary and individual outcomes depend on various factors outside our control, including but not limited to Roblox Corporation's policies, criteria and decisions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you are paying for consultation and assistance services, not for a guaranteed outcome. You understand that Roblox Corporation has sole discretion over verification decisions and that our Service cannot control or guarantee their decisions.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without valid cause may result in permanent ban from our services and may be contested with supporting documentation of services rendered.

You acknowledge that using third-party services related to Roblox may carry risks, including but not limited to potential violation of Roblox's Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for understanding and accepting these risks.

We are not responsible for any actions taken by Roblox Corporation against your account, including but not limited to: account suspension, termination, badge removal or any other penalties.

You agree that you will not hold RBXverified liable for any consequences to your Roblox account resulting from your use of our services or any third-party services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are under 18 years of age, you may not use our Service under any circumstances. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18 years of age.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RBXVERIFIED, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue or data
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Account suspension, termination or penalties
• Any damages arising from reliance on our Service
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for services

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RBXverified, its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any consequences to your Roblox account or any other accounts
• Any content you submit or actions you take

All content on this website, excluding third-party trademarks, is the property of RBXverified and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-party trademarks, including but not limited to "Roblox", "Robux" and the Roblox logo, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RBXverified.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RBXverified regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
